JDKnight claiming they can help me bet money back for timeshare - is this a scam?

5 years back I made a big mistake and bought into a two-week taster time share with Lion Resorts in Cyprus:eek:. I know I should have known better. I have now been contacted by a company called JDKnight in Preston saying they can help me claim the money back through making a 75 claim on the credit card I paid with because I was mis-sold. They want me to pay some money upfront which makes me think its a scam. The email they send me had a link to MSE section on 75 claims which may be how they are seeking credibility.

Any thoughts would be helpful. Is it possible I could claim this money back from my credit card provider? If so i'll do it myself but also wonder are these guys legit!
