YouGov screen outs??

I have been a member of YouGov for years, and made a lot of money, with no problems, but twice recently I have been "throw out" of a survey in the middle, and, although the survey shows in my account as comlpeted, there are no points awarded. Anyone else had this happen to them?

I have been a member of You Gov for quite a few years and have never had a problem. Perhaps you should contact them , it might be a glitch they are unaware of. Good luck:)

This hasn't happened to me but lately I've had a few surveys where they ask a few questions then the browser address says something like quota full and it changes the subject of the questions. So maybe with yours it's getting itself in a muddle trying to change the topic?

I began one the other day which said it would be worth 75 points. When completed it offered 50.

There are also "pre-qualification" questions these days where you answer up to about 5 questions before you are told how many points will be awarded and the survey proper begins.

Are these surveys for 50 points or for prize draw entries?

The ones for prize draw entries will show as points awarded on your account as they are then instantly redeemed for the prize draw entries.

If it isn't this then I would definitely suggest contacting them.

Hi, I was offered 50 points but half way through was suddenly on the home page. With survey showing as completed but no points. Yougov do not answer emails so it seems.

I've had a good run of Surveys from YouGov after having a break for a few months, so much so that I was on 3950 points and managed a couple of surveys to get to 4950 now. I always got a quick 50p survey every monday about reviewing some tv shows.

However, since i've got to 4950 I have not had a survey in over two weeks! Think there's some funny business going on there.

I am a member but have not replied to any of their ads recently for all the reasons that have been mentioned above, it all seemed a bit pointless to me to keep being told survey not suitable or not available.

I know a few people have said this before, obviously the surveys are only around for as long as people are paying for them. I am sure it is coincidental.

Looking on my spreadsheet I've only had 2 surveys from them in the last 2 or 3 weeks so I wouldn't read too much in to it (I usually get at least 5-8 a month normally so perhaps it is a slow month?).

They answer if you make a comment on their facebook page (if you have facebook that is)

    Twitter might also work.

The past 2 months have been a bit "manic" for me and Yougov, I cashed out in mid Feb and I've already back up-to 1500, if they carry on with that rate of 3/4 surveys a week I might be able to cash out again before Christmas.
