I answered you in the other thread that you posted the same question on.

To save you trying to remember where else you posted, I'll ask again.

Did you send them the cancelation request that you mentioned in the other thread within 14 days of applying?

    Yes I have done

The op is wasting her time if she is looking to not receive negative comments. We tend to tell it as we see it on this forum. If you want fluffy hugs best go on dfw..

I'm not looking for 'fluffy hugs' just looking for advice but its as if its a joke to u - get off your high horse.
  • Hi All, i also fell for this with this company and had £69.99 taken from my account. i have now emailed them twice and have had no response from them. Does anyone know a contact telephone no for the company please?

I also don't think it is fair to judge people who have fallen for this, whilst i understand that we should not be entering details and we should be reading the T's & C's, it is very easy to just apply when people are in need of a loan and i believe the companies know that in desperation they are being allowed to take money from us.

WRITE to them (not email) to request your money back (-£5 they are legally allowed to keep this), there should be details of how to do this, in the T&Cs.
