I have put an offer in for a house it's been excepted I'm now trying complete my mortgage, my partner has two satisfied defaults over four years old for two phone company's both under £200 we were honest @ mortgage promise stage & said that we had a default now the bank have got back to us and asked us about all the details off default the credit check they did came back fine we got an (A) for our rating, I have also gave the bank my wage slips ID etc they have even requested details of home report, this mortgage is based on a 10% mortgage, advisor thinks I will be okay because credit check & everything else is fine, really freeking out in case I get refused has this happened to anyone & what do you think my chances are? The bank new we had default before we got excepted...help...

2 satisfied defaults one £78 & one £130 both phone company's both 4 years old & both satisfied for over 3 years... The mortgage advisor put default on my application notes, my application is now been checked with underwriters... Worried they will reject our application based on the defaults although we passed the credit check0
