Getting a 100% mortgage will always be possible - it just depends on what figures you are looking at as to whether it will be possible in your situationI am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. As said you could get a 100% mortgage but most likely will end up paying a higher rate of interest.
Might worth while going to see a broker as they have access to 100's if not 1000's of different products.
And then see what you you think best suits you. But even with a 100% mortgage you will need to find solictors fees, stamp duty if the property is over 120K and valuation report etc.
At 3 times hubby basic salary of £28K that is £84K would that buy you anything in your area.

Try London and country here:

I have used them and they really are very good..and free too !!0 -
check out the internet for best deals.
also try the council, as they can often provide housing, and once a secure tenant for a couple of years, you can apply to buy at a discounted rate.I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.
Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.0
