Did the 10 books for £10 on monday and also order an extra book at 99p so came to £10.99 , order came this morning 10 books but only 9 from the offer so have invoiced me £21.89 as only 9 books listed and they have charged me post and packing as well even though my order was confirmed at £10.99 at time of ordering with free post and packing as used code so check your orders when they come

That's terrible. I paid by Paypal and it's a payment of the type 'you submitted an order for £10' ie payment not taken until dispatch. I'm not entirely sure if they can take more than the submitted amount from Paypal but I would hope not. I will keep an eye out now and if more is taken than the £10, the order will be refused and I'll be making a claim. Thanks for the heads-up.

Not so cross now as just checked my credit card and they have only taken out £10.99(couldnt check it yesterday as tesco bank closed for maintenance) cant understand what the enclosed invoice with them is all about

Still leaves me short of one book though so will ring them tomorrow to find out where it is so hopefully you will all be ok just check you get 10 books and not only 9 like i did

just spoken to the works said missing book being sent out today and not being charged postage so all sorted now and very pleased with books received
