    Again for those who may have been interested and for those in a similar "boat," we now have the mortgage offer from Woolwich, 3 years at 4.69%, 5% deposit + 10% "help" from family member held in a 2.5% savings account for 3 years too. 3 years should be enough to pay off remaining debt plus overpay some of the mortgage to be able to get a better rate in 3 years (as long as rates don't go shooting up!).

    Moving in September! Thanks for the advice, and for those who didn't think it was possible - **raspberry** :P
