Hi all!

Anyone got a recipe for fish in butter sauce? Just fancy some for tea tonight!

Thanks in advance!

PS. Just ordered a breadmaker and a smoothie maker... is it sad to say that I can't wait for the delivery man to bring them?? :j

Cook it, then break it up in a small dish and top with mashed potato for very quick fish pie.

Chop a small onion very very finely. Cook in in about a tablespoonful of white vinegar very slowly until most of the vinegar has evaporated. Add about a couple of ounces of butter, cut into small bits. Let the butter melt down and add a shake or lemon juice.
Pour over your steamed fish and eat :) - preferably with some creamy mash and summat green.
Not sad at all to be excited about your breadmaker and smoothie maker - enjoy them :)
