Anyone got a recipe for fish in butter sauce? Just fancy some for tea tonight!

Chop a small onion very very finely. Cook in in about a tablespoonful of white vinegar very slowly until most of the vinegar has evaporated. Add about a couple of ounces of butter, cut into small bits. Let the butter melt down and add a shake or lemon juice.
Pour over your steamed fish and eat- preferably with some creamy mash and summat green.
