Anyone had problems with Office 25% offer?

There is a promo code at the moment you can use for Office shoes so you can get 25% off and I have used it and everything has gone through.
First time - got email saying it hadn't worked so could I do it again.
Second time - bank/credit card supposedly hadn't agreed to sale (has never happened before - not sure if I believe it to be honest)
Just wondered if anyone else had had any probs with the "ELLE" code as they seem to be trying to get out of it.
I'm unsure whether to try a third time or just give up!
