I had that too if you put anything in the box and press submit you get a code when it tell you you got the first code wrong if that makes sense.Rational judgement, now, at this very moment.

As the captcha wasn't showing I left the box blank, clicked enter and when the form came back to redo the missing bit, the captcha had appeared.0

I kept re-doing the captcha until it finally submitted. It was correct each time, but I think they were hoping I would click to receive emails to make it go through which I didn't & after several times it went through without.0
