Has anyone used this site? They only have email for contact details which always rings alarm bells for me.

I used this site about 3 months ago and bought a BBC comedy that you rarely find in the shops. The quality was awful and packaging case damaged. I'm still emailing now trying to get a refund and the only response I had at first was about sending a replacement case out and them saying that they have never had a complaint about quality before. Its only £10 or so that i've parted with but I have principles but don't appear to be getting anywhere with a resolution. Anyone had similar problems with them or a different company where the only method of contact is email or the address above (no contact number).0
