I bought a cooker hood last week and paid with a credit card. The delivery date was shown as Friday 5 April.
When the confirmatory email came through, this had changed to 'we will contact you when item available' and I'm not happy about that.
You can't get through to a person on the phone and my email response has been ignored so far. Is there anything else I can do? I really want the cooked hood and don't mind waiting a few extra days but it would be nice to be kept informed by Customer Services!
