Has anyone been into a store yet this morning and seen any sale items?

I've just got back from the sale.
Bought nothing but did see a few good bargains - boys jeans £2 but not the size I want.
Bath towels £15.50 down to £5 I almost bought, but they did not have any matching hand towels.Lovely thick and fluffy in several colours.
A nice long length cardi/jacket with collar and pockets £9 but only brown or mid-blue.
I'm very pleased with myself for being so restrained !

my store was very disappointing, hardly any kids stuff, and mainly winter stuff for women, its more of a seasonal reduction, than a major sale!!

But that's exactly what it is - "a seasonal clearance" according to their website. It's not one of their big sales!

Picked up two of the towel bales in store (N/cle on Tyne) and got the additional £4 discount at the till. So two lots of towels for £6. Only bright orange left though!
