Does anyone have experience of this? I have been in my job for 7 months and am unhappy with it. I have applied for another, very similar job (but with more responsibility and slightly more pay) and have had a couple of interviews, so there is a good chance I'll get it. Thanks - I'll know if I've got the job early next week. If I don't, this isn't an issue any more. If I do, I'll get a signed contract sorted as soon as I can and hope I can use this for the mortgage app. Thanks for the advice...
