Resizing Ceramic Watch

Hi - there's a ceramic watch which I'm interested in buying online, but the store selling it doesn't offer a resizing service and I've contacted Timpsons (figured they would) who've told me I need to take it to a registered dealer.
My question is - would all jewellers tell me the same or would some be happy to adjust the strap for me? Does anyone know anywhere that would do this? I'm near Cardiff in South Wales, if that's of any use!

Have a look at which jewelers sell ceramic watches and take it in there, they should be able to if they sell them.0
