Hi,

I am totally new to using ClickSnap. I have submitted a few receipts and got them declined. Does anyone else use it?

Any tips?

    Some more information would be useful. What exactly are you doing ? as no advice can be given whithout more details.

    I am having trouble with my receipts. They keep getting declined because they are folded but I'm struggling 2 fit them all on one picture.

    Sorry to hear that you are having some trouble using ClickSnap. We have a multiple photo upload option if your receipts are too long. You can submit up to four photos of the same receipt to ensure that all required details are provided.
