hallmark equity plan flexible mortgage programme

we have been offered this plan by our financial advisor who i trust, but have never heard of this plan and he says it is a littlle known about gem, has anyone else heard of this, its a great plan which will enable us save money and repay our mortgage quicker but im always wary of new plans

Sounds like it is investment linked, so you need to be aware that it could fail to repay the capital, bit like an endownment, I could be wrong, so you need to get the product literature, to have a detailed look into it.
