Hi All
Basically we're in the process of remortgaging and the offer letter has been sent out to us by our new lender.
Its now been realised that we will need to increase our advance slightly from our original application by 2k-(this is still well within our affordability limit).
Is it now too late to do this and if not what would be the proceedure for having our advance amended..?
Thanks for any advice.

Not too late at all
If you have gone direct just call the lender and ask them to increase the mortgage amount.
If you have gone via a broker ask them to do that for you
