Went to get mine this morning, the girl who served me didn't have a clue about it so had to go and find another member of staff who knew what I was talking about. Then my OH asked for his coffee, they asked him for the password and he said to me "oh, what was it again?" so I told him and he repeated it to them and they refused to let him have one! Absolutely ridiculous, the password is on their website for the entire world to see so it's not a secret, it's not like I was sharing it with him when he wasn't allowed to have it. Apparently because I had to remind him and we were together it didn't count as one per customer. We were buying food as well but left it and went elsewhere so they lost a sale because of this petty behaviour.0

Make sure you ring or email and complain and I'm sure they will send you some voucher. Starbuck staff are crazy. Anyone would think the money is coming out of their own pockets.0 -

I went in today for the first time. The woman was really nice, whilst I was waiting a man came in to buy a Latte she asked him if he wanted that blend and he said yes fine. She replied and said that will be free then! He thought she was kidding and tried to pay, she repeated that it was free due to a promotion. Seems it depends where you are.0
