Nil today, brought sandwiches (cheap ham, Jarlsberg cheese, Dijon mustard) and banana and apple. Lots of water. Galaxy smoothie that my office mate got free at the train station.

Bobbadog, I believe wholemeal pasta needs cooking a little longer than whote pasta otherwise it's tough, lol. Let me know what you think though - I've never tried it either but should do I suppose!0

Hiya! I will, love! Though a friend of mine said i ate it round her house a few weeks ago and i didn't notice anything different, so that must be a good sign! I got a rapid cook one. Am lazy. xx0 -
NSD this morning, my Oh even cooked us lunch.... then I took my dog to the vets this afternoon, and came out nearly £300 poorer:eek: . hi bobbadog, with regards to the wholemeal pasta I've recently started eating it and find its tastes is much nicer that white pasta and keeps you feeling fuller for longer, have also managed a NSD too.

£2.20 on buses and about a pound on my share of a coffee and packet of crisps shared with OH at lunchtime.. you know you've spent too much this month when you're sharing a cup of coffee
.. oh and washing the dishes with shampoo cos you've run out of washing up liquid and can't buy any more till next week
