Signing the parcel themselves isn't dodgy character? That's falsifying information as far as I'm concerned. It would be different if they signed it with their name and said they left it on the door. They signed it using my name.

And I also don't know why they would do that when my Mum and I were at home all day yesterday so would have been able to answer the door if anybody called by.

It's impossible to access my back garden as it's blocked off and I can see anybody attempting to access my front door from a view (which nobody, except family did yesterday).

Well technically I don't know it's FedEx except from the posts here. I don't think it's stated anywhere on their website who their courier is and it wasn't stated in the email either. Nor did the snippet they sent me with my apparent signature indicate who the courier is. I also don't have a tracking number so would be very difficult for me to get in touch with them without that.

Phone FeDex they are normally very helpful. YOu are right whenever i instruct the driver to drop the parcel behind garden gate, they will sign it with their name, never with mine.

Fedex can track the parcel just by using your post code. Quick they close soon
