Can you freeze bread pudding?

hi all
Just delurking to say can you freeze bread pudding? I'd like to be able to put a bit in the freezer as my DS cuts off a lump every time he goes past. :eek:

yes, I've frozen it before now. Went a bit watery on defrosting though - but was still eaten

My DH does that too!
Bread pudding never lasts long enough in this house to freeze, so sorry can't help with your question. 0 -
you could check the bread pudding thread ? Why not try freezing a small sample today and trying it after frozen?
ill merge this with freezing quick qs later
