Oh I can relate to that!!

I managed to stop DS being so full on today by bulding a tower (yet again) with him for ages and this seemed to satisfy him luckily He's getting more independent now so that gives me a little more time as well.

Writing the list on here helps so much and also I bet if you wrote down what you actually did achieve today, you'd be surprised at how much you fitted in!

I think I might have to do that... I used to write lists all the time when I was working, but never really bothered at home.... Better get some practise in tho, esp as I go back in 6 weeks

Gosh, I'm tired today! Am at work no, just waiting for an Ethics conference to start with the sixth form - should be interesting.

I've put on about 3 pound (max) this week!! What with my birthday and back problems plus the added stress I've been comfort eating!

But never mind, I had a really good success express day yesterday and I am aiming for another one today. It wont help with weighing in tonight, but something is better than nothing!

I put on 4lbs last time I went to London so hoping this time won't be the same lol!! I bet you'll take off all you've put on and more next week though!

Now I understand success express there will be no stopping me. Just need to get under the next stone and I only had 3 pound to go last week.....

Hopefully it wont be that bad, but there isn't much you can do when life gets in the way.

Hi all

Well, I am not really getting much done - am feeling rather overwhelmed again! I need to list things on Ebay but jsut can't summon the energy or motivation at all. Eaten a lot today too, but still ok on diet.

Hopefully will feel better tomorrow - I don't even have enough energy to reply to lots of posts, which I usually can manage!:o

Done a bit on Amazon and sold a few things - trying the 1000 in two months challenge (doubt that somehow!!) and also signed up for the new olympic challenge. Might just focus on that actually and finish the £1000 one when that starts next month.

Updated sig with the figures i know of so far - not sure about barclaycard, citi or liv vic yet though and Hsbc will charge me about £55 in interest and charges again no doubt.

Must get Oh to get the toys from the loft and list those on Ebay too.
