Are you for real...???
You get £140 a week from one man
Another £280 a week from a different man
Complain one dad was so screwed up he committed suicide and you don't get any money...
I am not sure i read all that right, but if i did, you are one really ungrateful woman... And i bet you get your fair share out of the benefit system as well...!!! No sympathy for people like you...!!!
As for being sent to prison for at least 2 years, how about sending women to prison for 2 years who don't allow there kids to see there fathers...??? I think that should be imposed on women like you. Is that fair...??? Because i bet you don;t allow your kids dads to have overnight etc as it would reduce your INCOME...!!!:footie:Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

I have been to County Court this morning to submit my documents.
I had to pay £40 fee, which I believe my ex-husband will have to pay should I win my case.
Thanks for all your replies. I will update post when I hear anything.0 -

Yes please keep us updated. Having had experience of using the county court baliffs...£100 fee..it was worth every penny. Don't forget to add 8% interest on too!
So much more efficient than the CSA with all their appeals and nandy pandying about.0 -

How come one of the fathers only pays £120 per week who is father to 1 of my children and yet the father of 2 of my children pays £280 for 2 kids. He should pay £140 which is half. Fathers should be sent to prison for at least 2 years if they don`t pay, I had one bloke who I had a one night stand with kill himself and now His girl is suffering because I don`t get any money from him. I did get his inheritance money after a court battle but the law needs to be changed so that men have to get insurance like a car if they die it goes to the keeper of the child.
Also this 60% protected income rubbish is set way to high for men it should be 50/50
Does anyone else feel the same way I have written to my MP about this but he told me that was the set standard and there are no plans to change it WHAT A JOKE!! MEN GET AWAY WITH EVERYTHING
Troll post! Amusing though!I'm never offended by debate & opinions. As a wise man called Voltaire once said, "I disagree with what you say, but will defend until death your right to say it."
Mortgage is my only debt - Original mortgage - January 2008 = £88,400, March 2014 = £47,000 Chipping away slowly! Now saving to move.0 -
If the court order has been in place for over 12 months, then either party can go to the CSA and this will replace the court order
Unfortunately this statement is not entirely accurate, this only applies to orders issued after March 2003, at the inception of CSA 2. Orders issued prior to this still remain under the jurisdiction of the court and can not be overriden by the CSA.
The other issue refers to the definition of "Full Time Education", this is not defined in statute and therefore requires clarification by the court themselves. Generally ambiguity is dealt with by looking at which party provided the text for the order, in my case my Barrister did, and because he did not define full time education clearly enough it has now been stated that I must pay up until the end of my childrens first degree. The CSA however does state when full time education ends and this is defined within the Child Support Act legislation.0 -
Quick update - received a letter from County Court yesterday to say my enforcement has been signed by the judge and sent on to my ex-husbands local court.0

At long last, last week I received confirmation that letters had been sent to my ex-husband, giving him 2 weeks to respond, or a court summons will be issued.
Today I have received a letter from my ex-husbands solicitor "inviting my to proceedings forthwith" as our daughter finished her full time education in July 2012.
Quite unbelievable that he says DD is not in education as he knows full well that she is and I have given court a letter from college confirming her attendance.
He would obviously rather pay a solicitor than support his daughter :mad:0 -
Final update from me - court date last week but ex-husband did not attend as paid arrears in full 2days before :j :T:T
Thank you for all advice0
