They changed the fare system about six months ago, something like that. Now you have to buy tickets on the platform rather than on the train. Again, it's someone's idea of efficiency ... :rolleyes:
TFL are pretty good whenever I complain. I remember getting the N10 from central about 3am one day and it decided to terminate in Putney. So consequentley I had to pay a fiver for a cab. I wrote to TFL and they gave me £6 (to cover my bus fare) and did it pretty quickly too. Just ridiculous that the buses (265 mainly) are so irregular!!0
