Help & advice re credit clean up credit file

Hi i am still awaiting for my pin for experian so i set up and viewed noodle credit file. I went br april 2008 and discharged april 2009. Halifax and quick quid shop direct and lloyds tsb are all still showing default with the updated date of feb 2013.. How do i update these and what date will show when they do change to satisfied.
Also i have 2 creditors also saying same and i no idea who they r or what it can b. one is arrow global ltd ?? Sayin default as r the others and feb 2013 date. The other is im still linked with my ex who i had mortage with and split all ties from in 2005 how can i take her off my details?
I appeciate a help as to who to write to and to what to say to clear up my file. My noddle score is 1/5and as it stands i cant begin to repair my file until it is all correct.

And can i also ask the date of settled/ satisfied on old accounts are all way after my discharge date.. Do i write to them and requesting they correct the date? Some of them are 3 years after discharge date .

Thanks i will use the letter and send out today.
I have 2 defaults both still open for shop direct one is a dca global arrow for the same debt which went under br.
Who do i send the letter too or do i send to both?
Most of my creditors show settled just these 2 from shop direct. Lloyds and quickquid

One other bit i dont know the account numbers to these old debts on noodle it only shows last 4 digits. Still awaiting for experian to reply to my complaint as i still not yet recieved my pin so unsure how accurate noodle is

I'd send the letter to both.

Not sure what noodle is - when I get my credit files I always send off my £2.00 by post to each of the 3 CRAs.

It takes a week for them to come in the post but I feel it is worth the wait and probably cheaper than printing it all out.
