    Its a nuisance when you enjoy something but, like someone said earlier, it's all about supply and demand (and legislation); suppliers see that they can sell more of a products at a higher price and they'll do it.

    Pork shank/shin has gone up £1 a kilo in Morries. It was a good roast, done slowly, for us as my boys are crackling mad.
