Has anyone used Sound & Vision based in Bolton

Think they are VBA t/a Sound & Vision

I also noticed that digial direct trade under the same company number, although they dont say they are trading as VBA, which I thought is a bit naughty

I bought our TV from them around 3 years ago. No problems with S&V as such, but the TV did develop problems after about 18 months (after the 1 year guarantee had expired). Fortunately, it was covered by a 1 year extended warranty because I'd used Barclaycard for the purchase.

SoundandVision (High St and Online) and DigitalDirect are reputable outfits. Recommended them (DD) to my parents who ordered a TV off them last Friday.

I bought a tv from Digital Direct 3 years ago, from placing the order to the free delivery was just over 20 hours and I live on the West coast of Scotland. As it was a 36 inch crt tv the delivery chaps took it out the box set it up and took the huge box away with them.

I was more than happy with them.

Yeah, I bought a TV from them a few years ago. No problems, quick delivery, great service.

Sound and Vision provide expert knowledge without the hard sell.
Recently purchased plasma from them that dropped in price from purchase date to delivery date and they refunded the difference with no hassle.
