CSA tribunal transcript?

Hi
Asking on behalf of someone else, so will keep brief.
Is it possible for an attendee at a csa tribunal to get a copy of the transcript, detailing all that was said etc? Or will a copy be sent out anyway?
The judgement in terms of the appeals being heard, have been received, but there were statements made that may help with another ongoing issue.
