morgage brokers

Im trying to get a remorgage to buy out my ex husband. I have a couple of bad debts that are hindering my progress even my current lender will not allow my ex's name to be removed from the deeds as they see me as a bad risk. I also need to switch my current interest only into a repayment as my endowment has a very large shortfall. I have been advised to surrender the endowment to pay off the existing debt which will in turn improve my credit rating, but in the mean time I am searching for a reputable broker or lender that can help, I'm wary of applying too many times as I've heard this can possibly damage my credit score, any help or advice would be much appreciated

I assume that came from an IFA as they are the only one's allowed to recommend such a thing (or the product provider under certain circumstances).

If so, can't that IFA do the mortgage for you?

Chriswebsurfer is self advertising this company. 8 identical posts over various threads.

If a company has sunk to that level of advertising then its best to avoid them altogether. - reported to moderator
