if its whipped ( the cream that is)
you can freeze it...
pipe it in blobs on some baking paper, freeze open overnight then pop in a box, you can then add it to sauces/ soups from forzen

You could also make a lancashire courting cake. A yellow cake a bit denser than a victoria sponge which is sandwiched with whipped cream and strawberries. I would post my recipe but it is at home. I'm sure google can enlighten:) Obviously, with the price of strawberries sometimes being too dear for a proper OS chef, you can substitute all sorts of fruit.0
