As above. With Bt, on their e-mail yahoo any e-mail that has attachments will not open. Click on the attachment, get a box coming up saying scanning but the attachment does not open, nothing actually happens. The attachments will open in outloook express as you would expect.
This is the same on all computers we have got.
So, thinking it is a BT/yahoo serer problem, but it is been like this for a couple of weeks.
Anyone experiencing this as well?
Thanks.

Your above post not clear. Did chrome fix it?
I run windows xp on one pc, and windows 7 on another, both internet explorer.
Still think it is s BT server problem. Any more advice anyone.
Don't really want to phone bt and spend hours on the phone. Thanks.0 -
I've had this problem. It's apparently quite common, and the only solution appears to be doing a reset on the home hub. This might involve inserting a paper clip into the tiny pinhole on the hub, or may be as simple as unplugging it and restarting it. My experience is that the problem can recur, so I can't offer a permanent solution. Nor can BT, based on what I have read on their help forum.0

It's now working, thankyou.
Just had to press the reset button on the hub.
Pin hole reset wasn't needed.0
