Does anyone know whether Blockbuster is independent of the LOVEFILM group?

Also is MyMoviesStream independent of LOVEFILM?

yes,having used both lovefilm & blockbuster

they are definately independant

not sure about moviestream

My movie stream is definitely independent of Love Film and Blockbuster, however I think you'll find that their selection of films is significantly smaller! I've used them a couple of times and they're pretty good for the TV boxsets. There was an offer running for a £5 HMV voucher if you signed up for the free trial but I think that's finished now. If you sign up via Quidco I think you still get £5 cashback though!
