The Compers Inn Part 40

Hi,
Managed to have a good day despite the rain. Inveraray is lovely but would have looked better in sunshine. It did at least dry up after we had been to The Jail. DH has wanted to visit it for ages so he was delighted. He also found out Neil Monro came from there and he is a big fan of his books. I took his photo with a boat called The Vital Spark - don't know if it has any connections with Para Handy but DH was pleased anyway. The scenery was beautiful all the way there but would have been breathtaking in sunshine. Stopped in Helensburgh and Balloch and decided I want to stay in Arrochar sometime.
Will be heading home after breakfast tomorrow as forecast is for rain again and we will need to get organised for going to Newcastle and Durham on Sunday.
Hope you pick somewhere nice to go hamster. Wish someone would give us 2K. The way things are going our whole annual holiday budget won't come to half that as I keep finding bargains.
Hope everyone has had a good day.Mar Wins :- £2 GfK Media

Hope the fox is OK FF - hate to see animals hurt.
Have put a few random pics on FB if anyone wants a nosey. Couldn't really take any scenic ones as the weather was too cloudy most of the time.

:hello: Everyone,
hope all is well,I had a long sleep this morning at my parents, then had lunch and then did a food shop at Morrisons with my Mum and I did well there.
I am now back in my own home which I am delighted about which meant I had a nice Tassimo drink of Costa Latte and later in the evening I enjoyed a Suchard.
I have watched tv all evening and it was very good.
