I agree. I just meant with regards to not being able to pursue my favourite hobby like I used to. I think the M.E has made me realise just how strong I am. I've been through quite alot since I was born with various things and I'm only 26! Still standing (well, sitting in my case! lol) though.

Hi all... first time on hear, been hovering for awhile though lol
Just wanted to say a big thank you to all you lovely compers, whilst going through a difficult personal time...really helped to take my mind of things..

I've got a few years on you I'm early 40's & also still standing. Have I got the life I wanted?

Am I sad about it?

No

reason is I would not of met the lovely people I have met along the way if I had perfect health. I appreciate everything now even the small things that people often miss

also think there should be some sort of 'quick'

Same here. I've made so many online friends who also have M.E and we send eachother post etc. They walked into my life when alot of friends walked out.

Totally understand about friends walking out. Mind you I don't blame them being spooked really I was a complete mess :rotfl:

I'm housebound except for rare trips out

I'm more together now xxx
