Bought a £72 Euro-millions tix.
I would luv to win big in-order to be a philanthropist. Hand some money on the street, pay some people's shopping bills, donations, set something up like a trust fund project. Small-holding like Paul O'grady.

iluvcats - well done on the scratch card win and the postie bringing you stuff. Nothing exciting for us today.

firefly - When we go to Witherspoons for breaky (11.30) they had curry and rice on offer at £2.99 so we have that. It will save us cooking tonight and will probably just have something on toast. The weather here is horrible with rain and bins going over etc. Sister is coming tomorrow so that will be nice if we get some nice weather to get out somewhere. If not she likes to go to the shops round here to make a change. Whatever we will have a good time together. Hope you manage to sort the mag without too much trouble. Thanks for doing it for us.

Wingo - glad you managed to get out and have a bit of retail therapy. Well done on getting the jeans for yourself. Its too easy when you have kids to just buy for them but you need to treat yourself as well sometimes.

nearly finished mag but needed to leave off for a bit to catch up comps inbetween :eek: or i'd get to far behind again :eek:

Hope everyone is well and not enjoying the rain!! Finished work at 3.30pm today and planned on getting the 3.37 bus home which ended up leaving at 4.17. I knew it was going to be late by looking online so i spent 30 minutes doing competitions at my desk rather than spending 30 minutes at a bus stop in the rain being wet, annoyed and bored

Just the 1 win this week of a DVD but I had 7 wins last week so it's all good

Low-fat versions of fish and chips for dinner tonight from the freezer. I need to clear out the freezer as I have a new one arriving on 3 June and I need to defrost the old one so they can dispose of it for me (if they won't then I'll put it on freecycle).

Don't you just love British weather! The rain splashing down to cool you off, kids playing in the puddles, the wind in your hair and in your recycling bin and the lovely big hailstones hitting your face.....NOT!!

Well done on the DVD win paadzer hope you manage to get rid of your fridge.

Like that here again fire**fly! I guess we will have a week of rain probably now the kids are off school! Hope you get caught up with your comps! I would love to go back to how I used to comp regularly and up to date but finding it hard nowadays!

Sylvia, someone mentioned they got three boxes of the all bran cereals today so you might still get both! I won a box earlier too! :j

My youngest DD has gone to play with a friend who lives nearby but over road. He is a year older but they play well together. I just can't help worrying about her when I can't see her nearby. His mum said she will bring her back home though.
