The Compers Inn Part 40

Evening all - it's lovely & sunny here but our back room is like a fridge - can't work out why this house is never warm perhaps it's so well insulated the heat can't get in.

Not been in for a few days - on Monday I went ot help my daughter move - chaos or what - we had to be in her new property for an afternoon delivery so we took the kids down with the idea she's go back upstairs to collect the pram but she'd left her keys in the flat so we had to carry the kids over to her new flat - then realised we'd left the kids food behind - luckily there was some milk for he baby in the changing bag from breakfast so he got fed - however the new place doesn't have a cooker or any flooring so they're sort of moving slowly - hopefully FIL will buy them a cooker & get a quickish delivery.

today my panache lingerie from Look win came - OMG is it pink or what (bright pink) and I had a tweet from CultBox regarding a win. yay - no book so far this month

just heating up yesterdays spaghetti & meatballs leftovers for dinner

Back from a nice walk (not a romantic one!:rotfl:) Having a coffee now but a wine would be lovely for later thanks FF.

Enjoy your peace mumto. I remember how nice it was to get kids off to bed - now they go later than me. Well done on the cereal win.

Hello everyone

I had a lovely day at Chelsea Flower Show yesterday with DH we were was almost the first in 8am and last out 8.30pm. Bought the tickets last year but still tried to win some so I could take friends but no luck-maybe next year.

Will get comping now as I am so behind.
