I normally get postal points / money off vouchers BUT cos of the online rental deal, I've been trading them online b4 Postman Pat brings them.

Did the IE10 sort itself out FF? I haven't updated mine yet - hate change.

Evening all - don't normally ramble but please bear with me - well it is the Compers Inn and I've had a small sherbert or two but have just had a really weird comping karma experience....

As I've stated elsewhere I've ben struggling with comping recently .. work, 5 month old baby etc - I nedn't go on cos you all understand..

Anyway - really can't get my full on comping head focussed so end up rather than getting the kids in bed and getting on with it for my comping hours (9-11pm) - (bearing in mind I used to get up an hour early at 4.30 or 5am just to comp) - I find myself skating around the net - facebook/deleting 200+emails every day/my fishing forums/reading IWIWIW/doing the ITV comps and it's 11+ and I've got to sleep.

Tonight, however, I got home a little early - everything got done, everyone's in bed - and I've been out, walked the dog, come back and once again rather than comping I thought I'd pop in here and catch up...

So the first post I read was Sylvia's one where you mentioned that you hadn't won a golden dog bowl yet - and I thought well I've won one however one can win more than one so I might as well open a tab, have a click and see if I can win you one....

This is an Inn so...just to digress...

Well, anyway, you could have knocked me over with a feather - absolutely gobsmacked - there I was thinking what a lovely lady Sylvia is and how much I enjoy reading her posts - entered the four numbers and I've only gone and won her a bowl -

Sylvia you have won a golden dog bowl and that is total karma and I am so chuffed!!

Once I get it we'll sort out the details by pm but honestly as long as I get it it is yours - can't believe it happened like that - slightly wish I'd been wishing for a Lamborghini for my wife :rotfl:but that is it how it happened and there we are!!!!

I love the randomness of comping!! :beer:

it's all working fine now sheils,
lots quicker than IE9 :eek::j
though I still have to open google in a new page if wanting
to search pics etc,
I hate change as well but tbh I've not found much diff except for the speed & google bar.

I don't use IE very often as it's a huge cookie magnet. Kaspersky doesn't always get along with IE 10 as well. (Tech support told me to roll-back to IE9)

I prefer FF but not sure if that has gone buggy now.

no prob for me with IE with McAfee,
does it all with total protection/virtual technician/disk clean etc
regular clean every so many hours &

Raining here again! Getting really fed up of wakening up to it. So jealous of my parents sunning themselves in Tenerife. It is one of my favourite places.
