I didn't realise it was St George's day today fire**fly!
not very British of me is it!
Hope you're all having a good day, sounds like the suns shining everywhere.a bit nippy here but can't complain!
Good luck with the job interview eurohope it went well xx
Great pics Sheils, I've just had a look. You've ventured about in Newcastle!hope you've come home to some wins.
Hope you got the dailies sorted out Sylvia. I've not done them for a while, was getting a bit bored with them!
Good to hear you're back out and about Katie
Nothing much happening here, no wins to report of! I keep getting them pesky automated calls on my mobile! On my last mobile I was able to ignore the call so it wouldn't ring but I can't on the one I have now.
Got another letter in for DD, CAMHS are requesting a neurological assessment at the hospital. That would give me peace of mind to make sure there's nothing underlying.Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0 -
Happy St Georges Day everyone!
Hope the job interviews went well.
Sounds like they are being thorough with your DD wingo which must be reassuring. Didn't come back to any wins but the start of three of my kids birthday present time has started. All three picking presents and looking for themselves too. I always think we nearly have two Xmases. DS2 has his birthday on 26th and DD & DS3 on the 9th and 11th May.Mar Wins :- £2 GfK Media
Best Win of 2019 - Forest Holiday0 -
Thanks all. Interview went well. Fingers crossed. I will hear by Monday at the latest!
ILC - Hahahahaha great pictures! Now I want sausage and beans! lol It also reminded me of the time I took some Walls sausages over to NL for the OH and the security guys thought it was funny and then did the barking 'Walls!' noise, like the dogs do on the adverts! hahaha I went a deep shape of red! lol
Happy St George's Day everyone!
And good luck with the assessment for your DD Wingo. Will keep my fingers crossed for you!
xx
ETA: Meant to add. Do many of you do the Twitter comps? Do you ever win from them? Feel like I am doing a gazillion of them but not sure if they're worth it or not. Oh well, I shall keep spamming my feed with RT's! hahahahaFebruary wins: Theatre tickets0 -
Ahhh what a gorgeous day. I've been out for a picnic in High Beach near where I live. Cider and cheese. Yum yum yum. Then picked up some super cute flamingo glasses in Ikea (just 75p each!) that'll be perfect for summer cocktails.
And the first issue of my Grazia subscription arrived today. Good day.
Glad the IV went well euronorris and thinking of you and yours Wingo. Like you say it's good to get peace of mind.
Oh and re: Twitter comps. I've been doing them for about a month- not a sausage yet. But they're really quick to do and it has only been a month.Debt free 6th December 2014

Aren't they just?! If only all comps were so quick (but I guess the number of entries would increase significantly then! lol).
I seem to have a mental checklist of wins to achieve: local wins, instant/fb wins, website wins & twitter wins. It's almost as if, if I win something from each type of competition, I've proved to myself that it IS possible, IYSWIM? :rotfl:I'm probably just crazy!
Oooh, the folks are asleep on the sofa! :rotfl:February wins: Theatre tickets0 -
