3. The Prizes:
a. Main Prize: A 7 night stay at The Beach Haus in Burton Bradstock, courtesy of Unique Home Stays for one winner. The break must be taken at a time mutually suitable to the owner of the property and the prize winner.
-Should the property not be available at a suitable time, a sister property may be offered (of same value or higher)
-The prize cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative, nor will any negotiations be entered into regarding exchange of the prize
-The lot winner must telephone Unique Home Stays on 01637 881942 to arrange their weekend stay quoting “Dorset Cereals Prize”
-A damages deposit of £500 will be required by the prize winner, and will be fully refunded within 4 working days of the end of the holiday, should the booking terms and conditions be met.
- Unique Home Stays hold no responsibility for the unlikely event of The Beach Haus being deemed unsuitable for guests, or should be taken off our portfolio before the lot winner can take the holiday. However the company may, at their discretion, offer an alternative of equal or higher value.
-The prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year, Easter, or bank holidays, and is subject to availability.
-The holiday prize must be booked within 2 months of the end of the competition, and may only be redeemed within 12months of the competition launch date. Further details regarding the property:
