Where to Have Affordable Cosmetic Surgery?

Can anybody advice on what's the best country to get affordable yet good way to get plastically enhanced? I know in the US they have good surgeons but the price is really high.

Have you decided where to go yet? I had mine done in Manila by Dr Rino Lorenzo. Aside from going there for my yearly vacation, deciding to do it in Manila was one of the best decisions i did. It's quite affordable yet the result is at par with rest of the world. In fact, i honestly think that choosing the right surgeon is the single most important decision when considering plastic surgery. It was just a bonus that Dr Lorenzo's staff were very hospitable. Plus they speak good english there too. Good luck with yours!0
