Redspottedhanky voucher expiry

Had a £10 voucher from Studentmoneysaver promo back in December, the terms and conditions here http://www.redspottedhanky.com/about-us/affiliates/student-money-saver/ say 'e-vouchers must be redeemed by 31st March 2013, after this date they will expire and cannot be used or recovered.'
So I tried to use the voucher today but was told they expire on Midnight of 31 March, so basically last night. This seems contrary to any common sense interpretation of those terms.
I've sent them an email but do you think I will have much grounds to argue here?

SAme here I called and was told they expire early morning as I wanted to book the train today. Not very good really. I bet a lot of people have been caught out by this.

Same here

Spoke with a "stupid woman" who just kept repeating again & again that they had already expired.
When I pointed out that the terms said on 31st March she agreed that that was the "expiry date", and confirmed "midnight", to which I said that's TONIGHT then and she said "no they expired just after 12 o'clock THIS MORNING"
"So midnight on the 30th March then" I proffered ?
No response apart from repeating again that they had already expired.
"So why put today's date as the expiry date if they expired yesterday?" I asked.
Told to call back on Tuesday and speak to a manager
Apparently DOZENS (if not HUNDREDS) of people have phoned up today "complaining" that they have not been able to use this voucher when they expected to do so.
Suggest everyone calls up Tuesday and "b1tches" about this C0CK-UP :mad:
It is FREE - 0800 377 7748 - "open every day from 08:00 - 20:00"
My voucher is still shown on my "Your account > eVoucher Details" page

I'm gonna hope they will have to issue some sort of humble apology for this because it seems counter to all normal promotion practice to phrase things so confusingly. It seems they made this deadline based on month end, so it would make a lot more sense to give people today, a Sunday, and also the actual last day of the month to redeem.0

Rather stupid of them, really.
They spend a small fortune on free credits to people's accounts via newspaper offers - presumably to create customer goodwill - and then manage to damage that same goodwill with a mean little trick like this.0 -
I emailed them on 31/3 & copied & pasted the vouchers "available" to spend in my a/c which included the one dated 31/3 & then the ones available on the buy page (which did not show the 31/3 one).
I had a reply yesterday (2nd april) saying they would look into it & reply with 72 hours....
I await a reply & if I get the same as above then I think we should all have a word with Mr Lewis so that he can raise it on his show
