Lloyds TSB settlement

Hi
I am looking for some advice. I recently (14/3/13) was offered £1255 refund of PPI from Lloyds. I did not expect the cheque to come as I owe them money on a current account overdraft and CC.
I am in a DMP with CCCS and have been since 2009.
They offered me a settlement (they asked me) of the PPI refund against my current account of approx £1927 and told me to wait for their letter to come.
This has not come yet the account has dropped off my credit file completely when I check with Noddle and I can no longer log onto internet banking when I could before.
They have been an awful creditor to deal with and I have to complain many times to them so I am wanting to get them off my back as soon as poss.
Is the settlement a good offer and would anybody know why its suddenly disappeared off my credit file without the payment been made yet?
Sorry for the waffle!
