I carry my little bottle of Champneys anti bac hand wash with me (thanks to a Mr Shoes glitch a long time ago). And that is exactly why, if I absolutely have to go to the doctors, if I am not next to be seen, I will wait outside or do what I did last night and come home for a cup of tea
