So the offers were working at 1.15pm, not working with mine at 1.31pm, small window there, so either random or 1.30?

My first and only cheese shop not working, 1.28pm =/

On to the next one, chaps

Just had a quick skim, noticed some items appear to be fixed. Just off to drop dinner into mil, will be back shortly.

Just wanted to post something from a womble - shop was done at 15:14 today.

Seem to remember peeps posting about squash before but I don't remember which one. This is against both Sainsbobs and Mr T. APG thinks they paid £2.98. Multisaver on receipt (Robs 1Ltr 2 for £2.50) shows a discount of 48p taken off.

    2 x Robinsons Fruit Orange Squash (1L)£2.98£2.00

Oho, just an update or a shopping opportunity? Currently 0 multibuys on msm for asda for me. Does this happen often? And does it mean anything when it does?! Edit: Now the are back to 1029 multibuys and counting. Wonder what they have done?

Could it be that another glitch will start in 2 days' time?
Your post suggests - to me - that the computer could still be malfunctioning. They've not necessarily done anything: it's probably still in the process of picking up more multibuys.
There are now (7pm) 3,585 multibuys for me (logged out) so, if this does mean something, this will probably be a 'blip' that doesn't last that long. Depends what time you saw the low multibuy number, and how long it had been that way before you noticed it.
So far the 'two day delay' theory seems to be holding up - the absence of multibuys last Friday night, into Saturday, was quite a long period, and very low number (38 or 40 odd) for quite some time. Cathedral has its multibuy back two days ago (I think-check what time I posted info. of this) but, in the meantime, multibuys were on and off other products which may have caused glitches on them, or 'the glitch' in general to last over several days.

I think it is probably the case that A isn't even aware of the glitch. Although it's on here, and hence to the whole world on the internet, it's not common knowledge and I think, rather than someone actively fixing it, it's more that the computer has corrected itself now and picked up the multibuys once more. MSM have already been aware of issues of A multibuys not showing on their site previously, dating some time back, so they do know of the general issue, but I doubt they even know it has occurred just now and the fact that are already aware, as a general issue, but months or possibly a year later, the issue still happens again means that it is a technical issue that happens occasionally and they don't know what the cause is or how to stop it. If they do know, there may be patches put onto the system, but they themselves resolve (or not) some issues and create (or change) other ones instead.

The good news, for us, is that the multibuy glitch will be back at some point (whether for a day or a little longer) and should hopefully allow us to stock up, at very little cost, every few months for the foreseeable future.:j:j Hope everyone got enough of what they need, to last them through to the next time it occurs on those items. Certainly better than any half price special offer that occurs every month or two!

I hate going to the doctors. They called me for an appointment and kept me waiting for so long I went home, made a cup of tea and took it back there :rotfl:
