Morning all. Hope everyone is well. Logie not read back yet but hope you enjoyed ds birthday x
Pepsi 8 pk test shop done. Results @ 10.53.
Not sure ive done this right though as was charged £2.50 each and no multibuy. £2.50 on SEL. Was it on a multibuy in sada yesterday ? Tia x

No, the glitch is that you pay £2.50 in store but the APG sees that you paid £3.50 for some mysterious reason, so they compare nicely with Sainsburys £1.99:)

It can make you quite obsessive though can't it :o i've got a 46 mile round trip to nearest asda and i'm actually sitting here wondering if i should go and get some pepsi :rotfl: i don't NEED any but boy do i want it :o i suppose the novelty will wear off soon enough and i will settle down.

Thats a good long trip. You will still get a buzz no matter how long you do this. For me its when the apg pops out the printer.

Right i'm off to shake my lazy kids out of bed, though it is a horrible grey rainy day and i wonder if it's worth them moping about getting under my feet. Roll on school starting back next week. I don't like being off on holiday if i have nothing to do. I've tried to get them to do allsorts this past fortnight but they would rather play their xbox all day long, can't tempt them out the way i used to when they were younger.

Just discovered this thread and cant really work out what its about. Can someone give me a link to the post or someone post what these glitches are. I used to be one of the admins on the spread sheet for the tesco overcharging thing we did a couple of years back.

It is a similar glitch in as much as it is relying on As price match system, you get a voucher for your next shop and there is a risk that it won't match/can end at any time.

You are making a targeted shop at As where you know it is cheaper at T/S/M/W - in this glitch you are relying on the multibuy in As not being recognised on their APG price guarantee system. Their system gets updated overnight but also sometimes different times during the day - as it is a glitch the price we see on MSM may not be the price that APG matches (in some cases like the cheese, we hope it doesn't, for others like Simple we hope it does as the multi is not recognised on MSM but is instore).

Remember you need a minimum of 8 different items (worth a few more fillers to be safe that are cheaper or the same price in the store you are targeting and don't mix shops (eg target S or T for the match).

Also best to try to keep your APG to less than £9.99 as it then scans at the till so saves time/questions, technically a £15 soft cap (should go through without issue with normal staff, though some stores have different approval levels ... And some staff make up their own rules :)), in the rules over £15 may be referred for approval so normally best not to risk it.

It can and will end at some point so always a risk.

    Very good post :)

The only thing I would add is to get 9 or 10 items instead of 8 as I used to get 8 and they frequently used to say"not enough items"

What do others do when they're reaching the 10 receipts/£100 APG limit?
