Yes there is a risk of double counting, but if you are rinsing and repeating until you cash out then your stash/return increases..

    Shop 1 spend £10, APG £8 = £10 actual spend (£10 total spend)
    Shop 2 spend £10 (£8 APG, £2 cash), APG £8 = £2 actual spend (£12 total spend)
    Shop 3 spend £10 (£8 APG, £2 cash), APG £8 = £2 actual spend (£14 total spend)

At this stage you have "spent" £14, have £30 of goods, and still have £8 APG to spend (so if you cash out with a normal shop your £30 of goods cost £6).

    Is that correct?

Have 2 litre bottles pepsi stopped glitching?

That was giving a better return than the cans

A (quite often) stainless steel sheet placed on the wall behind a cooker to catch the splashes.

    Artha,

    Just remembering to mention......
Love your idea of a cheese and biscuits dessert for DD's wedding.:)
I think the good thing about MSE is that you can eat like a king and still have money to spare on the luxuries in life.:)

Last month we spent a total of £55 on food. I used to spend £120 a week when both DD and DS were living at home 4 years ago:)

I have no idea what we spend on food but it can't be very much yet we manage eat what we like and more importantly what is healthy. Eating healthily does limit the amount of glitch shopping we do but the chocolates etc are good to give away and you can never have too many cleaning/personal products:rotfl::rotfl:

Not sure (infact, that was a fib, I dont know would be more accurate!) I find the bottles go flat before they are finished unless I am on a JD mission.
