On a totally different subject. Customer service award for me has to go to amazon today :T

I bought a karcher pressure washer last may. I only used it about 5 times due to the god awful weather last year. I switched it on today and it wasn't pressuring and smoke was coming from what I presume is the motor :eek:

I emailed and explained the problem, 30 minutes later I had an email back offering me a replacement or full refund. Impressive :T
