Went to customer service who called the supervisor on the phone. She returned and told me she would refund the original price then sell it to me half price?? i mentioned dtd and that i had it before she said shes never heard of it and neither has her manager. If i ring customer service am i going to get anywhere as i cant find any info on dtd on their website etc. Many thanks xx

You will almost certainly get a good result. I had a similar carry on over a chicken a couple of days ago - HQ confirmed that the CA and also the Duty Manager were totally wrong and that they would be spoken to Also, I am supposed to be getting a gift card sent. HQ were very helpful and confirmed that DTD is national policy and all stores MUST stick to the policy.

I tested it the first day of the cheese glitch and it compared correctly but could have changed since then.

They can try and hide details of the policy but HQ will confirm that its still in force. If HQ get more than usual calls from 'didlled' customers, they may be told to put the boards back. Devious ****!
