Hi all, probably a really silly question. I have just been to t and picked up 3 packs of £17 per kg sirloin it have a big label saying £8.50 per kg half price. Went to customer service who called the supervisor on the phone. She returned and told me she would refund the original price then sell it to me half price?? i mentioned dtd and that i had it before she said shes never heard of it and neither has her manager. If i ring customer service am i going to get anywhere as i cant find any info on dtd on their website etc. Many thanks xx
You will almost certainly get a good result. I had a similar carry on over a chicken a couple of days ago - HQ confirmed that the CA and also the Duty Manager were totally wrong and that they would be spoken to Also, I am supposed to be getting a gift card sent. HQ were very helpful and confirmed that DTD is national policy and all stores MUST stick to the policy.ELITE 5:2

Are you still in the store? There should be a sign up behind customer services, think its still a big blue board about customer service, you are looking for the bit near the bottom that says 'If things don't add up'. Or ring HO from the store and shame them that way, honestly some staff are ludicrous. You would think it was coming out of their pocket.
Some stores down here in the SW have removed the blue boards and have new orange ones - which avoid any mention of misprice policy !ELITE 5:2

That's not on, hopefully it won't go national.:(
They can try and hide details of the policy but HQ will confirm that its still in force. If HQ get more than usual calls from 'didlled' customers, they may be told to put the boards back. Devious ****!ELITE 5:2

But the sneaky sods have changed the recipe and the stuff you buy now tastes like cheap ready brek with golden syrup
