This is what I do

Before you do this once you upload to picturepush you can not delete it from their site if that bothers you.
I use it

go here http://picturepush.com/upa

browse till you find your file
upload it
scroll down past the 2 images
click 640
copy the first link that then appears
go back to your post click on the envelope with a pyramid on it and highlight the hhtp:// part and paste your link into box
